The caves of Frasassi is one of the most fascinating underground routes in the world. The caves can be visited every Saturday, Sunday and holidays.  Through two speleo-adventure routes of different degrees of difficulty: the blue route and the red route, it is possible to explore areas outside the tourist route. 

Blue route. Suitable for all those over 12 years of age, the perfect path to approach caving. The difficulties to be faced are few and the route takes place in total safety with the accompaniment of specialized caving guides. 

Red route. This is the most challenging route because it has several narrow and low passages. The expert guides together with ropes and artificial holds guarantee the safety of the visitor. 

For the routes it is necessary the reservation to be made at least 3 days in advance, generally are organized on Saturdays and Sundays, on holidays and pre-holidays.
